Saving Lives

May 16, 2018

Give a double tap for this guy. 81 year old Australian ‘James Harrison’ has ended his reign of giving blood. He donated blood over 1.1k times saving over 2.4 million babies lives. His blood contains a very high level of an antibody that is used to prevent hemolytic disease of the newborn, which is a deadly disease that can occur when mothers and their babies don’t have compatible blood. He said he would keep donating if they allowed him, but he has reached the age limit to donate blood. Round of applause for James. #AllThingsGood
